Return Policy

WHAT WE ACCEPT


We will accept returns of generally any off-the-shelf or factory-pack item, if the item you wish to return is unused and still in its original packaging.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT


We do not accept any made to order and custom-mixed items, as these products are 100% individual to each buyer. Examples: Any custom-order OEM interior/exterior colors, and chosen interior/exterior colors from the website. this includes all HOK items. 


RETURN WINDOW


The item/s you wish to return must be sent back within 30 days of original purchase, through either UPS Ground, FedEx, or other carriers who allow for the shipping of hazardous materials.


BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES


The buyer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping fees on all items. The buyer is responsible for providing the team with the proper paint codes and information upon purchase. The buyer is also responsible for using proper painting technique when using the items and preparing them properly and responsibly, according to the directions/set ratios/etc.


DAMAGE
